⚠️ UPDATE — OCTOBER 2026
Resurge has been discontinued. You can’t buy it anymore.
The official website is offline and the affiliate programme closed in September 2026. I’ve removed every purchase link from this page.
I’ve left the review up anyway, because the science underneath it is still correct and still useful — and because if you already bought Resurge, you deserve to know where you stand.
👉 Still need help sleeping? Read my Yu Sleep review. It’s the sleep supplement I’d look at now.
What Actually Happened
Here’s what I can confirm, and nothing beyond it.
👉 The Resurge affiliate programme went inactive on 11 September 2026.
👉 The official domain, resurge.com, is now a parked holding page with no product on it.
That’s the whole factual picture. I don’t know why, and I’m not going to speculate. Supplement companies close for ordinary reasons — the founder moves on, margins stop working, a supplier falls through. There’s no evidence Resurge was a scam. It had a fully disclosed label, real doses, no proprietary blend, and a published refund guarantee. It just ended.
If You Already Bought Resurge
Three things worth knowing.
1. Your refund goes through ClickBank, not the vendor.
Resurge was sold through ClickBank, and ClickBank handles its own refunds — not the company that made the product. That matters here, because the company being gone doesn’t automatically kill your refund. ClickBank’s standard window is 60 days from purchase. If you’re inside it, contact ClickBank directly rather than trying to reach Resurge.
2. Check your bottles.
If you’ve got unopened stock, check the expiry date on the bottom. Supplements don’t become dangerous at expiry, they lose potency — but there’s no reorder now, so what you have is what you have.
3. Don’t panic about having taken it.
Nothing in that formula was exotic. Melatonin, ashwagandha, 5-HTP, L-theanine, magnesium, zinc, arginine, lysine. All standard, all available separately. A product being discontinued says nothing about whether it was safe.
The Science Hasn’t Gone Anywhere
This is why I kept the page up.
Resurge was built on one idea, and the idea was right. Three hormones turn against you when your deep sleep collapses, and no amount of dieting fixes that.
🔸 HGH — human growth hormone is released almost entirely during deep sleep. No deep sleep, no HGH. No HGH, slow metabolism and stubborn fat. After 40, deep sleep drops sharply on its own.
🔸 Cortisol — poor deep sleep keeps it elevated around the clock, and chronically high cortisol drives visceral belly fat specifically. This is why “I’m eating less and my stomach isn’t changing” is so common. It isn’t willpower.
🔸 Leptin and ghrelin — one tells you you’re full, the other tells you you’re hungry. Bad sleep shuts the first down and cranks the second up. You wake up hungrier than you should be, before you’ve eaten anything.
One root cause underneath all three: not enough deep sleep.
That chain is well established and it didn’t stop being true when the company closed. If anything, it’s the part of this page worth your time.
I’ve written about how to actually improve deep sleep without buying anything — here’s that guide.
What Was Actually In It
Keeping this for anyone holding bottles, or anyone wanting to assemble something similar themselves. All eight, fully dosed:
| Ingredient | Dose |
| Melatonin | 10mg |
| Ashwagandha | 150mg |
| 5-HTP | 100mg |
| L-Theanine | 200mg |
| Magnesium | 50mg |
| Zinc | 15mg |
| Arginine | 1,200mg |
| Lysine | 1,200mg |
👉 One honest note I made in the original review and still stand by: 10mg of melatonin is a high dose. Plenty of people do fine on 1–3mg and feel groggy at 10. If you’re buying melatonin separately, start low.
⚠️ 5-HTP interacts with antidepressants. Talk to a doctor before taking it on its own.
If You Still Want Something For Sleep and Metabolism
I’ll be straight with you: there’s no direct replacement. Resurge’s angle — sleep first, fat loss second — was unusual, and most products in this space are still daytime stimulant burners.
So it depends which half of Resurge you were after.
🔸 The sleep half: the closest thing I’ve reviewed is Yu Sleep. It shares four of Resurge’s ingredients (melatonin, 5-HTP, L-theanine and magnesium) but uses a far gentler melatonin dose: 0.9mg instead of 10mg. It’s a sleep formula, not a fat burner. But if poor sleep is your root problem, which is the whole argument of this page, that’s exactly what it targets.
🔸 The metabolism half: Nagano Lean Body Tonic works differently, and I’ve been honest in that review about what I think of it. Read it before you decide, not after.
And if your root cause isn’t sleep at all, the Ikaria review covers a different angle entirely.
The Part Nobody In This Industry Says Out Loud
Resurge is the second product I’ve reviewed that’s disappeared this year. Sumatra Slim Belly Tonic went the same way in August.
That’s normal in this business, and nobody tells you. These products launch, get pushed hard by affiliates for a year or two, and then quietly close. The reviews stay online for years afterwards, still telling you to buy, still collecting clicks, because nobody goes back to check.
So here’s my actual advice, worth more than any product recommendation on this site:
👉 Before you buy any supplement off a review, click the buy link first. If it’s dead, the reviewer stopped paying attention a long time ago, and you shouldn’t trust the rest of what they wrote either.
I’d rather tell you that and lose the sale.
